Things I don’t specialize in

• I am not a vegetarian or gluten free cook, but I do make some non-meat dishes.
• I do not specialize in any kind of baked goods such as pastries
• I do not specialize in making drinks such as sorrel
• I do not specialize in African cooking such as making Jollof rice. But I do partner with other local chefs. So please inquire within

Requests with less than the two weeks lead may incur a 100 euro upcharge.

Catering Costs Per Plate:

30 euro/PP - Chicken dinners (curries, jerk, stew, bbq etc) - ex: Chicken, rice, vegetables, two sides 

35 euro/PP - Fried Chicken Dinner  ex: fried chicken, vegetables, mac and cheese plus two sides

Specialty Catering Items:

35 euro/PP - Oxtail/Goat Dinner ex: Oxtail, vegetable, rice, plus two sides

35 euro/PP - Ackee and Saltfish Breakfast includes Ackee and Saltfish, boiled green banana, boil dumpling/fried dumpling, fried plantain. Perfect for a small birthday breakfast with friends.

30 euro/PP - Steam/Fried Whole Fish Dinner ex: Fish, rice, veggies, plus two sides +10 for fried fish

20 euro/per sandwich - Corned Beef Sandwiches incl pan cooked corned beef from the can, with onion and peppers served on butter bread with a side of fried plantains. Perfect as appetizers. One Sandwich is good for 1-4 persons depending on cut

In person catering rates:

45/per hour with a 10 hour minimum plus the cost of food. This rate is for one cook and for small events/parties. For larger events please inquire

I am able to easily cater for 50-100 people. Food is prepared in my kitchen or a prep kitchen where available. I have a red card, separate refrigerator, a deep freezer, working from a daily disinfected clean kitchen.  

I wear gloves, cover my hair and wear a mask when handling the food

Allergies:

If you are allergic to items such as nuts, bananas (this incl. plantains) or do not eat pork products you must inform me.

Same day orders please place order no later than by 10:00 a.m. (depending on item availability)
Deliveries will go out at 5:00 p.m. via Uber/Bolt or other arrangement.
